We were honored to host the Cabinet Secretary for Roads, Transport and Public Works, Hon. Kipchumba Murkomen, at Semiconductor Technologies Limited (STL) yesterday! During the panel discussion on manufacturing and value addition for Kenya’s prosperity at the 5th Engineers Board of Kenya Convention, STL highlighted the importance of developing horizontal infrastructure at the Dedan Kimathi Science Park. This infrastructure is crucial for establishing our Fab 3 and Fab 5 facilities, which will significantly boost Kenya’s domestic chip manufacturing capabilities. ️ The Cabinet Secretary’s visit signifies a promising step towards collaboration between STL and the Ministry of Roads, Transport and Public Works.
