LAUNCH OF STL BY H.E UHURU KENYATTA
On 26th April 2021, His Excellency Uhuru Kenyatta presided over the launch of Semiconductor Technologies Limited. The launch marked a significant milestone in Kenya’s push toward technological innovation and economic growth.
The President praised the launch of Semiconductor Technologies Limited as a major step forward for the country’s technology sector, stating STL would play a critical role in driving innovation and creating jobs in Kenya. He emphasized the importance of technology in driving economic growth and creating opportunities for young people.
We utilize cutting-edge technology and highly skilled engineers to develop and manufacture a wide range of advanced semiconductor products, including integrated circuits, microchips, and other digital components. These products are used in a variety of applications, including consumer electronics, telecommunications, and medical devices.
This launch is part of the Kenyan government’s larger efforts to build a robust technology industry, and attract investment and expertise to the country. By fostering an environment of innovation and entrepreneurship, we hope to position Kenya as a leader in the technology industry in Africa and beyond
