OUR HISTORY
STL was conceived in 2016 as part of strategic expansion away from the traditional areas of manufacturing. Being a Kenyan citizen, our founder Engineer Anthony Githinji with a focus on making an impact on his motherland, chose Kenya. Semiconductor Technologies Limited was registered as a Kenyan entity in 2018, through which period we started our strategic planning, transitioning our equipment and technology from the USA to Kenya, which happened in the 4th quarter of 2019. We started operations and building up in May 2020 and the company was commissioned by H.E. President Uhuru Kenyatta in April 26th 2021.
